Mark Knowles

Mark Knowles, born in 1971, played on the ATP Tour for over twenty years, winning a total of fifty-five men's doubles titles, including three Grand Slams with Canadian Daniel Nestor.

During the 2012 US Open he announced that the US Grand Slam was his last tournament, thus leaving professional tennis at the age of 41.

He took part in two Olympic editions: in 1996 in singles, where he went out in the first round; and in 2000 in doubles, where he reached the quarterfinals.
