Grand Prix Hassan Ii

The Grand Prix Hassan II is a men's tennis tournament that takes place annually in Morocco, more precisely in Casablanca until 2015 and in Marrakech from 2016 onwards, on clay courts. It is part of the ATP 250 category on the ATP Tour. From 1984 to 1989 it was part of the ATP Challenger Tour. It is the only tournament on the ATP circuit held in Africa.

In singles, only the Spaniard Pablo Andújar (2011, 2012, 2018) managed to win three times, followed by the Argentine Guillermo Pérez Roldán (1992, 1993) on two. Two victories in the doubles for the couple made up of the Czechs František Čermák and Leoš Friedl (2003, 2005) and for the pair made up of the Romanian Horia Tecău, who holds the record with 3 doubles titles, and the Swede Robert Lindstedt (winners in 2010 and 2011).

The Austrian Julian Knowle is the only one to have won two editions with different partners (Jürgen Melzer in 2006 and Filip Polášek in 2013). The 2020 and 2021 editions are not held due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
