Dubai Tennis Championships

The Dubai Tennis Championships is a professional tennis tournament held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on hard courts. A tournament has been organized for both men, since 1993, and women, since 2001, under the usual name of Dubai Duty Free Men's and Women's Open.

In fact, it is organized and owned by the Dubai Duty Free Company, and is under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the Emirates and Mayor of Dubai.

It was voted by tennis players as the best tournament in the ATP Tour 250 category in 1998, and the best tournament in the ATP Tour 500 category 11 times, from 2003 to 2006 and from 2008 to 2014. In 2015 and 2019 it was voted the best tournament in the Premier League.
